I like my university too much. It is very beautiful due to natural environment. As i am a student of geology so i am also a naturalist. I am in first semester of ERS .Now Our university offers different degree programs in which Bachelor of Electrical Engineering , Bachelor of Electrical Power Engineering , Bachelor of telecommunication and networking and Bachelor of Environmental Sciences are noticeable. My department of Earth Sciences is nascent operating under Department of Environmental sciences. Department of Pharmacy is also a nascent department which offers the degree of Doctor of Pharmacy in 10 semesters(duration of 1 semester is six months).
Some interesting Facts about My university:
- It was Established in year 2001.
- Three undergraduate programs of Information Technology, Computer Science and Electrical Engineering were initiated with an initial intake of 121 students.
- In just a matter of nine years, the Campus is offering 14 undergraduate and 09 graduate programs under eight departments. The student's strength has increased from 121 to approximately 5000, in 2010, which is a 41 fold increase.
- A Commendable performance and growth by any standard. Our faculty comprises of 463 highly qualified and dedicated teachers including 80 PhD Professors.
- Motto of my university is 'We Aim to Inspire' which is 100% according to my experience .
One thing i will want to share about my most respected teacher Sir Amjad Sabir who is quite intelligent person having an inspiring personality.
